Practice Areas

Legal Services
Russo Law Offices LLC provides high quality, experienced legal services in the areas of estate planning and administration, probate, elder law, business succession planning, and small business formation.

Elder Law

We genuinely care about the unique needs of our more mature clients and we are committed to offering respectful, diligent, and dignified counsel. We offer representation in the areas of estate planning, guardianship, long-term care planning, and end-of-life decisions. We help coordinate public and private resources in an effort to obtain the highest quality of care for our clients.

Estate Administration and Probate

We work with our clients to determine whether it is necessary or advisable to probate a will. Often times, a well executed estate plan eliminates the need to go through the probate process. In such cases, we work with the trustee to implement the estate plan that is being administered. If the will is probated, we assist with all aspects of the probate process from the filing of the will to the final distribution of assets.

Estate Planning

Russo Law Offices LLC provides personalized, effective, and efficient estate planning services to individuals and families. We focus on the unique goals of each client to craft an estate plan that achieves the best possible gift and estate tax consequences in light of what is important to the client. Basic estate plans typically include a will, a revocable trust, a power of attorney for property, and health care documents. In more sophisticated plans, we consider options such as grantor retained annuity trusts (“GRATs”), life insurance trusts (“ILITs”), intra-family loans, business and investment vehicles (such as LLCs), special needs trusts, and gift trusts.

Small Business Planning

Russo Law Offices LLC offers small business planning and maintenance, including formation, ongoing administration, and dissolution of entities such as LLCs, partnerships, and corporations. We also advise clients who are small business owners on business succession planning and other estate planning considerations particular to small businesses.
